TRAINED AT EPG, YOGINI AND SURFER, I SUPPORT YOUR MOVEMENT TOWARDS CHANGE
Having experienced early losses, I began Lacanian psychoanalysis, followed by various therapies that allowed me to intellectually understand my behavioral patterns but left me unable to truly change them. It was through body movement, particularly yoga and surfing, as well as the discovery of Gestalt Therapy, that I gradually regained my free will and zest for life. Living the experience of « being » after so many years of « doing » has been liberating and transformative for me, to the point where practicing Gestalt Therapy became my calling.
Dans ma vie professionnelle, j’ai notamment mené une aventure entrepreneuriale au cours de laquelle j’ai contribué au développement d’une marque pendant plus de 20 ans, dont 17 ans passés à New York. Je suis donc bilingue.
I am now a graduate of the École Parisienne de Gestalt, the leading Gestalt therapy school in France, having completed a program that lasted over five years. My professional practice is supervised, and I am in ongoing training.
I specialize in issues of change and adaptation (particularly those related to expatriation or repatriation), self-positioning, relational difficulties, separation and grief, and eating disorders. However it is important to note that Gestalt therapy offers tailored support across a broad spectrum of concerns.
Having done a lot of "doing," I now dedicate myself to helping you "be," as authentically yourself as possible, and therefore free.
